Thank you for using BeaverIQ ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the "Application"). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS THE APPLICATION.

1. COLLECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the Application includes:

Personal Data

Personally identifiable information, such as your name, username, email address, and phone number, that you voluntarily give to us when you register with the Application.

Project Data

All data you create and upload in the context of your work, including but not limited to:

• Observations, NCRs, and MIRs: Descriptions, comments, severity levels, status updates, locations (tower, floor, flat), and activity names.
• Checklists (WIRs): All answers, comments, and details provided for each checklist point.
• Images and Documents: Photographs and PDF documents you upload as evidence for Observations, NCRs, MIRs, and Checklists. This includes images of site conditions, materials, uploaded documents like drawings and scanned documents like challans and Material Test Certificates (MTCs).
• Drawings and Pins: Project drawings you upload and the location pins you create on them.

Device Data

Device information, such as your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer, and information about the location of your device, if you permit it.

Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) Token

We collect your FCM token to send you push notifications related to your tasks and reports.

2. USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

Having accurate information permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Application to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Provide the core functionality of the construction quality management service.
• Generate project reports (DPR, Weekly, Monthly) as requested by you or your project administrators.
• Send you push notifications regarding task assignments, status updates, and report generation.
• Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the Application.
• Increase the efficiency and operation of the Application.

3. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We do not share your personal information with third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy or with your consent. We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations with the following third-party service providers:

• Cloudinary: We use Cloudinary, a third-party cloud service, to store, manage, and deliver all user-uploaded images and documents. All media is uploaded securely. You can view their privacy policy here.
• Google (Firebase & ML Kit): We use Google's Firebase services for push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging) and Google ML Kit for on-device document scanning. These services are essential for app functionality. Data processed by the on-device scanner is not sent to Google's servers. You can view their privacy policy here.

4. SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information and project data. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

5. DATA RETENTION

We will retain your personal and project data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

6. YOUR RIGHTS

You may at any time review or change the information in your account or terminate your account by:

• Contacting your Project Administrator.
• Contacting us using the contact information provided below.

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases.
